It seems that there are always a few curves in life. Mine just may have a few more, a few sharper, and a few with wide vistas. So, in order to let folks who may care keep up with my journey down the road I will attempt to chronicle the ride. I'm hoping that it will keep some very important folks closer, encourage some folks, (so they can see that their life is doing just fine by comparison) and pass some time constructively. We'll see if it beats mindlessly surfing the web.
I don't have a clue what any of those are. I am curious, however, if you brought any cut-downs for your stay?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure that it is legal to transport those under the TSA restrictions.
ReplyDeleteIt's certainly not permitted to wear them in 1st class - on BA they make you change.
ReplyDeleteThe Washing Up liquid is dish washing detergent; Melts are chocolate-covered thingys. Fruit Squash is a bottled drink - I'm guessing Summer Fruits is the flavor. No clue as to the others unless you see some Scots wandering around with bandaged hands.
Correct on Washing up, wrong on melts, Spot on for squash and certainly no bloody Scots around here!
ReplyDeleteI thought for sure the melts were chocolates! Hmm...
ReplyDeleteAre Scottish fingers some sort of cookies (a la lady fingers)?
Hmmm.... I only speak Texan!
ReplyDeleteAre melts pats of butter for your toast?
ReplyDeleteIt is often said that Britain and America are "two nations divided by a common language".
ReplyDeleteMelts are crackers, round Carr thin and easy to melt in your mouth.
ReplyDeleteScottish fingers are shortbreads.
The Honey Roast Ham & Cranberry are actually potato chips. I don't think that they will make it in the USA.
Best before end refers to the expiration date (not sure if it means you or the item!).
Bottom line, these here folks shore nuff talk funny.
